You will want to gather the following items to prepare your consignments.
RECEIVING PROCEDURES: Every Consignor will be given a Priority Shopping Number. The Priority Shopping Number determines when the Consignor may enter on Consignor Shop NIght. Consignors that desire to begin shopping early (5:00pm or 5:30pm) on Consignor Shop Night should come out on the scheduled night to complete Consignor Agreements and make appointments for bringing their items in. All other Consignors will receive their Priority Shopping Number when they come in to consign. You may call for an appointment if you do not want an early Priority Shopping Number. Please arrive at appointed time and be prepared to wait while TAG: Everything must have a correct tab. See example of tag shown. No altered tags! Use a new 3x5 index card turned vertically with a line drawn across at the half way point. Leaving one inch at the top for the safety pin, write your consignor # in the top left corner and the garment size in the top right corner above and below the line. Clothing must always have a number size (estimate size if item is not marked). Repeat this process under the line and across the bottom of the card write a brief description of the garment using brand & color. The middle of the card should have the price in large print above & below the line. Place a “D” above the line & below the Consignor number if you would like to donate the item if it doesn’t sell. Use a safety pin (horizontal) to pin the tag on the right side of the garment & hang according to the diagram. PLEASE WRITE LEGIBLY. **Consider placing a piece of masking tape with your consignor number
Appointments will last about 30 minutes depending on the number of items being consigned. At your appointment we will carefully go through each item to insure it is acceptable according to the consignment instructions.

BEDDING: Bedding, pillows, etc, must be placed in a large zipper bag, taped shut & the tag taped (using clear packing tape) to the outside of the bag.
HANGING: Hang all clothing on a plain wire hanger with the hook opening facing left. Plastic or plastic/vinyl coated hangers will not be accepted. Coating can be stripped from the hook of coated hangers to make them acceptable. Place two-piece outfits on one hanger with the bottoms (bloomers pants, shorts, etc.) pinned to the outside, back of the shirt on top of the hanger (the pin should go through the shirt & the hanger). DO NOT hang bottoms under the shirt. RETURN TO TOP SMALL ITEMS: Small items must be put in a clear bag, taped shut (using clear packing tape across the top, do not fold the bag over) & the tag taped on the outside of the bag. Bows must be in a bag. Do not write on the bag. SHOES: Shoes should be clean, dry & placed in bags, taped shut with the tag taped to the outside of the bag. OTHER ITEMS: Items such as furniture, strollers, & baby supplies should all have tags securely attached using large safety pins or clear packing tape. Larger items should be disassembled enough to fit through a single door & tagged securely (indicate the number of pieces). UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS: Items with altered tags. Recalled items, outdated car seats, formula, breast pumps that come in contact with bodily fluid, battery operated items without working batteries, open pacifiers/nipples, lingerie, hosiery, underwear, men’s wear, household items or anything with broken or missing pieces. No Stuffed Animals & No Children’s Jewelry.
PRICING: Items should be priced in increments of $1.00. If you do not want your item to mark down on the Discount Days please price them in RED.
SORT & BIND: Very Important!!! After properly tagging, sort clothing by sex then size, and group & bind together with string before dropping off. Bag all non-clothing items together (shoes in one,, accessories in one, etc.) & label the bags (ie. “shoes”). Please do not submit items in plastic containers that must be returned to you. Consignors will be asked to hang their clothing on the sales racks after inspection.
Please do not bring items you would not want to purchase. Keep in mind that this is not a yard sale. We ask that you only bring items that are current style, are not torn, stained, or extremely worn.
